Humans are wired for story. Long before we had spreadsheets, we had myths — and the brands, leaders, and ideas that last are the ones that understand this.
Conflict is the engine
Every great story has tension. The hero wants something, something stands in the way, and we watch to see what happens. Without conflict, you don't have a story — you have a description.
Specificity is the secret
"It was a cold morning" is forgettable. "The frost on the window looked like handwriting no one could read" stays with you. The more specific the detail, the more universal the feeling.
